Services are provided on a contractual basis, customized according to each client's requirements. We do not offer standard services with fixed prices through the website.
3. Intellectual Property
The entire content of the site, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, images, source code, and design, is the property of Creativ Digital Agency SRL and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Use, copying, distribution, or modification of the content without the Company's prior written consent is prohibited.
4. Payment Conditions
Rates for the services offered are established individually, by contract, depending on the complexity of the project. We do not offer standard services with fixed prices through the website.
All invoices are issued in accordance with Romanian tax laws and are payable within the term specified in the contract.
5. Limitation of Liability
AI automation services are provided "as-is". While we make efforts to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our solutions, we do not guarantee specific results.
The Company is not responsible for:
- Indirect losses or consequential damages resulting from the use of services
- Interruptions caused by external factors (cloud providers, network, etc.)
- Decisions made based on results generated by AI systems
- Incompatibilities with third-party systems or software
6. Confidentiality

7. Termination
Both the client and the Company may terminate the collaboration according to the terms established in the individual service contract. In the absence of a contract, either party may terminate the use of services with reasonable notice.
8. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled amicably, and in case of failure, by the competent courts in Romania.
